Refund Policy

We (“CloudPoco Hosting Services”) offers our customers a 15 days money-back guarantee. This guarantee allows our customers to use our service risk-free.

The cancellation only becomes effective in accordance with the time chosen by the Customer through the Cancellation process. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the end of the money-back guarantee.

Once a cancellation request is submitted, the customer’s account will be suspended either immediately or at the end of the service billing period depending on the customer’s decision during the cancellation process. Once a request has been completed, the customer’s account will be terminated and no copy will be kept. It includes all customer’s account data, including backups. After this process, the company cannot be held responsible for data loss due to suspension or termination.

A refund to the original method of payment can be requested only on the first service purchased by the customer. If the customer decides to request a refund for any service purchased after the first purchase, a refund can only be made as credits to the customer’s account at our sole decision. We do not refund guarantee for non-first service purchased by the customer and such requests are dealt on a case-by-case basis only.

If your hosting plan includes a free domain name and you cancel your hosting within the first year, a non-refundable ₹799 INR domain fee (+ any applicable taxes) for the domain name will apply. Please note that newly registered domains cannot be transferred to another registrar during the first 60 days of the registration period.

To be eligible for a refund, a customer must meet the following requirements:

1. The cancellation request was submitted before 15 days from the date of the first payment.

2. None of your services violate our Terms of service.

3. The payment for service is recurring; refund is not applicable to one time services (Easy Hosting Plans).
